Angelique and Pauline like to invite you for a lovely afternoon of Relaxation, Healing, and Heart-centred Connection.

Heart & Harmony creates a moment to take time for your Self, Switch Off from everyday life, and Reconnect with your Inner Peace.

Through the combination of Ceremonial Cacao, Chakra Sound Healing, Reiki, and an Intuitive Card Reading, we create a Warm and Welcoming space where you can simply Relax, Receive, and Reconnect with your Inner Self.

We begin by sharing a cup of Ceremonial Cacao together in a calm and supportive setting. For centuries, Cacao has been honoured as a Sacred Plant Medicine, helping to gently Open the Heart, quiet the Mind, and deepen our Connection with ourselves and our Intentions. Meanwhile Pauline will provide an Intuitive Card reading for all the participants, one by one.

Once the Cacao starts to integrate, Angelique will guide you through a deeply relaxing Chakra Singing Bowl Sound Journey. The beautiful Vibrations of the Crystal Singing Bowls help bring balance to the body’s Chakra Energy portals, creating Deep Relaxation while allowing the Body and Mind to let go of Stress and Tension.

During the Sound Journey, Pauline will offer individual Reiki Healing for each participant. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Energy Healing practice that creates Balance, Relaxation, and Emotional Wellbeing.

When you are looking for some Relaxation, Healing, Guidance, or just simply some time to Reconnect with your Inner Self, this afternoon is open to everyone.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
